Signage - We calculate the front of our building to be approximately 640 square <br />feet and because we use individual letters, we would be allowed approximately <br />14% of that square footage, versus the nonnal 10%. This would allow us <br />approximately 90 square feet of signage per side. Weare at 106 and request that <br />this be allowed so as to be in a position to get both brand names, Arby's and <br />Sbarro, on the front of the building. <br /> <br />5. Parking Calculations - Back in March of 1997 when I first visited with Rick <br />Jobke regarding our new building on the site, he recommended that in lieu of <br />using one parking space for every 15 feet of building square footage that the <br />fonnula we use be one parking space for every 2 ~ seats. Because we are having <br />approximately 120 seats, we will need a minimum of 48 parking spaces. <br />However, for an Arby's/Sbarro facility, our company standard is 60 spaces as a <br />minimum. It is our intent to use the 5 parking spaces along the western edge of <br />the property as employee parking. <br /> <br />Revised plans will be into the city shortly.
