Affirmation of 1997 Comprehensive Plan Amendments <br /> <br />Chairperson Wietecki opened the hearing and requested Community <br />Development Director Dennis Welsch to review the 1997 amendments. <br /> <br />Dennis Welsch listed the changes (as follows) in the Comprehensive Plan from <br />1997 with the purpose of adding this new information to the Comprehensive <br />Plan: <br /> <br />1. Update of the Comprehensive Plan Map, including spreadsheet; <br />2. New Parks and Open Space Map, including update by area; <br />3. Update of Planning District #5 Comprehensive Plan (subdivision of <br />parcels within the School District and Harstad properties); <br />4. Update of Planning District #7 Comprehensive Plan (Rosetown Ridge); <br />5. Update of Planning District #14 Comprehensive Plan (Rose Villa); <br />6. Tower Place Business Park Redevelopment Area; <br />7. Livable Communities Program Housing Goals; <br />8. New Plan and maps indicating Pathways Network Master Plan; <br />9, Larpenteur Avenue Design; <br />10. Approved Water Supply/Management Plan; <br />11. Approved Interim Strategy to Reduce Non-Point Surface Water Pollution <br />Management Plan; <br />12. Parks and Open Space Infrastructure Plan; <br />13. Map and Report on the Cornerstone Plan; <br />14. Charge and Maps of the James Addition Task Force; <br />15.
