<br />/ 7. <br />.--- <br /> 8. <br /> <br />The applicant shall record the approved conditional use permit with the Ramsey <br />County Recorder prior to the issuance of any building permit or within sixty days of <br />approval, whichever is less (Section 1013.01-City Code). <br /> <br />The conditional use permit shall expire within six months of the date of City Council <br />approval if a building permit is not obtained for the approved development (Section <br />1013.03 of the City Code). <br /> <br />9.
