<br />8. Neither concrete crushing or concrete batch mixing activities shall be <br />undertaken at the same time as tree and stump grinding activities on the site. <br /> <br />9. No work may begin on the site until an Interim Use Permit is issued by the <br />Community Development Director. The interim use permit shall be reviewed <br />annually in October, with the County being notified of the status of such <br />review by January 1 of the following year.
