<br />DRAFT <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10 OF THE CITY CODE (ZONING) <br />BY CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 3090 CLEVELAND AVENUE NORTH FROM <br />R-l, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO <br />BUSINESS-PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) <br />and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of <br />Roseville, and after the City Council held a public hearing (PF2986) with due notice on <br />February 8,1999, the following property is hereby rezoned from R-l, Single Family Residential, <br />to Business-Planned Unit Development: <br /> <br />Lots 4-6, Block 1, Rochat's Addition to the City of Roseville, Ramsey County. Minnesota <br />(PIDs 042923220008 and 042923220011). <br /> <br />PARCEL A: The northern parcel is described as all of Lot 4, and Lot 5 except the South <br />36 feet thereof and also except the North 9.5 feet of the South 45.5 feet of the East 21 <br />feet of the West 101 feet thereof, Block 1, Rochat's Addition to the City of Roseville. <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota (PID 042923220008). <br /> <br />PARCEL B: The southern parcel is described as the South 36 feet of Lot 5. the North 9.5 <br />feet of the South 45.5 feet of the East 21 feet of the West 101 feet of Lot 5, and all of Lot <br />6, Block 1, Rochat's Addition to the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota (PID <br />042923220011). <br /> <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development # _.
