<br />consistent with the concept approved by the Council in October~ 1999. <br /> <br />4.0 Staff Recommendation <br /> <br />4.1 The staff recommends approval of the Planned Unit Development Agreement and the <br />final approval ofthe zoning map change for the site from "R-1" single family residential <br />to B-PUD, a business based planned unit development subject to final completion of a <br />certificate of survey for the B-PUD area, and final review of all documents by the City <br />Attorney. The effective date of the rezoning occurs after Metropolitan Council review and <br />approval of the Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment , approvals and signatures by <br />Schreiers, the Mayor and City Manager, publication of the ordinance, and recording of the <br />PUD Agreement. <br /> <br />5.0 Suggested Council Actions <br /> <br />5.1 By motion, subject to City Attorney final review and approval. approve the PUD agreement <br />(draft attached) and authorize the Mayor, City Manager, and appropriate staff to sign the <br />agreement when the review is complete. <br /> <br />5.2 By motion, approve an ordinance amending the City of Roseville Zoning Map from "R-l" <br />single family residential to B-PUD, a business based planned unit development, subject <br />to final completion of a certificate of survey for the B-PUD area, and final review of all <br />documents by the City Attorney (draft attached) for the Schreier property located at 3090 <br />Cleveland Avenue North, as officially described in the approved certificate of survey. <br /> <br />Attachments; Draft PUD Agreement; Draft Zoning Ordinance Map Amendment <br />Prepared by: Dennis Welsch(490-2232) <br />Q: \ Plann infLFiles \pf2986\RCA( 020899) <br /> <br />PF2986 - PCA (02-08-99) - Page 2 of 4 <br />
