Trash containers shall be stored <br />inside the building. <br /> <br />D. The east side of the building should be set back at least 20 feet from the <br />property line and must be architecturally designed to have the scale, <br />proportion, building materials, and landscaping of the adjacent residential <br />area to the east. Security lighting along the east side of the building shall be <br />cast down on the site, with no light source visible from adjacent residential <br />areas. <br /> <br />E. A complete landscape plan shall be submitted with all materials, sizes, and <br />locations shown. This landscape plan must be accompanied by a <br />performance bond or letter of credit for 150% of the value of the landscape <br />improvements. <br /> <br />F. Loading docks and doorways must be screened with landscaping or other <br />screening devices from view from the Cleveland Avenue road right-of-way. <br /> <br />G. Loading and pick up of materials and trash shall be completed during normal <br />business hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:00 to <br />6:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. <br /> <br />H. Parking and loading areas must be designated on the site or an adjacent site <br />wherein parking may occur as an accessory use. <br /> <br />1. Performances bonds for landscaping, paving, curb and gutter must be in <br />place prior to issuance of any construction or building permits. <br /> <br />J.
