Schreier, husband and wife (collectively, "Schreiers"), <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Schreiers are the owners of real property located in Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />See Exhibit A attached hereto (hereinafter, "Parcell"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Schreiers also are the owners of real property located in Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, which lies southerly of and is contiguous to Parcell, and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />See Exhibit B attached hereto (hereinafter, "Parcel 2"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Schreiers desire to create an easement for storm sewer purposes over a portion <br />of Parcel 1 for the benefit of Parcel 2. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Schreiers hereby state and declare as follows: <br /> <br />1. Creation of Easement.
