<br />11. James Add~ion Task Force Charge and Maps - a subsection of Section 7. This <br />plan has not been approved as an amendment to the Plan by the City nor the <br />Metro Council. Assuming the Commission and the Council arrive at a decision <br />in early-mid 1998, a review will take place as part of the 1998 Metro Council <br />Mandatory Planning Process. <br /> <br />12. A new TIF Map now illustrates TIF#15 (Allen). This should be added to the <br />implementation section, along with the TIF #15 redevelopment plan (3/97) by <br />reference - it is consistent with the plan for Tower Place. <br /> <br />13. Twin Lakes Parkway Realignment within the Twin Lakes Plan. In 1997, a <br />review of the land use, environmental and traffic impacts was completed prior <br />to hold hearings on an amendment to move the designated route for future <br />Twin Lakes Parkway approximately 800 feet south. The Commission and <br />Council approved this realignment (6/97) and it is now being prepared for <br />review by the Metro Council. A review will take place as part of the 1998 Metro <br />Council Mandatory Planning Process. <br /> <br />14. The City Street Map has been revised and added to the introduction section <br />to the Plan. <br /> <br />15. School District Boundaries, school location maps, and a new map of churches <br />have been revised and added to the background section to the Plan. <br /> <br />2.0 Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Staff recommends affirming these changes and officially including them in the <br />Plan and noting their inclusion in the addenda sheet at the beginning of the plan, an example <br />of which is attached to this report. <br /> <br />3 <br />
