<br />3.0 Planning Commission Recommendation: <br /> <br />On January 14, 1998, the Planning Commission held the required public hearing. After <br />requesting comment from the public, the Commission closed the hearing. By a 7-0 vote the <br />Planning Commission reaffirmed the changes made to the Plan during 1997, adopted the <br />outline for placement in the plan and recommended that the changes be placed within the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />4.0 Suggested Action <br /> <br />4.1 Open the hearing and requests Public Comment on the inclusion of the changes. <br /> <br />4.2 After completion of comment period, close the hearing. <br /> <br />4.3 By motion, affirm the 1997 changes, officially including them in the Plan; noting their <br />inclusion in the addenda sheet at the beginning of the plan. <br /> <br />attachments: Comprehensive Plan Addenda Sheet, Draft Resolution <br />Report by: Dennis Welsch (490-2232) <br />M:\COMPPLAN\AFFIRM97.MEM <br /> <br />4 <br />
