<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on <br />Monday, the 23rd day of March, 1998, at 6:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, Wall, and Wiski, <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD FOR <br />FARRINGTON PROPERTIES, INC. (DALE JOEL) <br />REQUEST FOR REZONING AT <br />2485 FAIRVIEW A VENUE NORTH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Farrington Properties, Inc. (Dale Joel) has requested rezoning of a 1.8 <br />acre parcel from 1-1 Light Industrial to B-3 General Business at 2485 Fairview Avenue <br />North (PF2989); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this <br />request on March 11, 1998, and made a recommendation regarding the request; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council action on this request was scheduled for March 23, 1998; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has requested that City Council action on the request be <br />deferred until April 27, 1998. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Farrington <br />Properties, Inc. for rezoning of a 1.8 acre parcel from 1-1 Light Industrial to B-3 General <br />Business, be extended for 60 days, from April 10. 1998. to June 9.1998. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against the same: _ <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Resolution _ - Page 1 of 2 <br />
