The front of the building is brick, with a painted. accent strip across <br />the top. The remainder of the building is painted in an accented two-toned which blends <br />with the balance oCthe building. We are presently planning a pylon sign at the southeast <br />comer of the building, on a landscaped island in the parking lot (meeting existing <br />regulations). <br /> <br />This site promises to add quality retailers to Roscville. Access offFairview, turning <br />lanes mtd adequate parking are all sought after characteristics so close to a regional mall. <br /> <br />With vacancy so low, there are few quality retail spaces available, We are seeing strong <br />interest in the space from retailers. <br /> <br />This industrial property has experienced much deferred maintenance, and is one of the <br />last industrial buildings in a predominmtly retail area.
