<br />Ordinance Number <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10 OF THE CITY CODE (ZONING) <br />BY CHANGING THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />FROM B-2, RETAIL BUSINESS, TO PUD, PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code of <br />the City of Roseville, and after the Planning Commission held a public hearing (PF2990) <br />with due notice on March 11, 1998, and the City Council received the recommendation of <br />the Planning Commission on March 23, 1998, the following property is hereby rezoned <br />from B-2, Retail Business, to PUD, Planned Unit Development: <br /> <br />Part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of <br />Section 14, Township 29 - Range 23 (PIN 142923330065), and as more <br />specifically described in the attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development Phase I Agreement #_' The Planned <br />Unit Development standardslconditions of approval adopted for this property shall be in <br />addition to all other applicable zoning requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code (rezoning <br />of property to PUD) shall take effect upon: 1) passage and publication of this ordinance; <br />and 2) execution of the Planned Unit Development Phase I Agreement by the City. <br /> <br />PASSED this 23rd day of March, 1998. <br /> <br />Daniel G.
