On Monday, April 27, 1998, the <br />City Council approved/denied your request, with conditions. <br /> <br />An unsigned copy of the resolution granting the conditional use permit/variance is attached <br />for your information. Please read the resolution thoroughly and make sure you understand <br />all of the conditions. A certified copy of the resolution, with signatures of City officials, will <br />be sent to you within the next few weeks. It is your responsibility to record the signed copy <br />of the resolution with the Ramsey County Recorder prior to the issuance of any building <br />permit or within sixty days of approval, whichever is less (Section 1013.01G of the City <br />Code).
