Perimeter Drive. It is the <br />site of 'a fonner M( Steak Restaurant and Razzberryts Restaurant and is <br />currently vacant. The property is zoned B-1 Band daycare facilities can be <br />considered as' special uses in this district (Section 8.280). <br /> <br /> <br />Development Summarv <br /> <br />,qr The new owners would like to establish a montessory school and day care <br />. ~ff center in this space, servicing children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age. The <br />~. interior would be remodeled to accommodate this use, On the exterior, the <br />J'} primary change would be the addition of a fenced play area attached to the <br />if front of the building. Front yard setbacks in the 8-1 B zoning district are 30 <br />/IY'J/\ feet.
