Minneapple International Montessory currently operates other daycare facilities in the metropolitan area. They have a proven track record and are convinced that Roseville and this particular location will be a strong market for the services they provide. The site plan and the proposed operation of the facility require no setback variances and the building materials are consistent with the design standards chapter of the' zoning ordinance.
