5. Sidewalk shall be installed along the front of the property, at the applicant's expense, in conjunction with site development as required by Section 1012.07 of the City Code. Pedestrian access must also be provided from this sidewalk to the front door of the building via a paved pedestrian surface. 6. A minimum of two street trees shall be planted in conjunction with site development in accordance with the City's Street Tree Master Plan. Trees to be planted shall be Skyline Honey locust or Imperial Honey locust, a minimum of 2%-inches in caliper, and be spaced 20 feet on center. 7. The applicant shall record the approved conditional use permit with the Ramsey County Recorder prior to the issuance of any building permit or within sixty days of approval, whichever is less (Section 1013.01 of the City Code). 8. The conditional use permit shall expire within six months of the date of City Council approval if a building permit is not obtained for the approved development (Section 1013,03 of the City Code).
