On Monday, April 28, 1998, the City Council approved your request for vacation of this easement and acceptance of a replacement easement. An unsigned copy of Resolution 9543 is enclosed for your information. Upon certification of this resolution by the appropriate city officials, you will received a signed copy of the resolution. The resolution will not be recorded until the sanitary sewer line is relocated, the new sanitary sewer line is accepted by the City, and a new easement is provided to the City. Please contact Doug Strong at 490.2225 regarding the Engineering Department's submittal requirements for the relocation of the sanitary sewer line and for information on the document format for the replacement easement.
