The homes are owned by Grace Church and are used for classrooms. It is <br />Roger's opinion that we can go ahead with the vacation. If the church were to come <br />forward with a plan to sell the properties prior to council action (political way to ki11 the <br />vacation), Roger feels that we should not vacate the right of way. At this point, we have <br />not heard of any plans to sell the homes, so we should proceed. <br /> <br />Roger added that we should include language in the report regarding the presence of the <br />guard shack on the right of way, and the planned reconstruction of the roadway. I can <br />work with you regarding specific language.
