<br />March 3, ] 998 <br /> <br />To: Kim Lee <br /> <br />[j: <br /> <br />From: Doug Strong <br /> <br />RE: Legal description for the vacation of Dellwood Avenue south of B-2 <br /> <br />The following is the legal description for the vacation of Dellwood Avenue south of County Road <br />B-2 that the City Council stated would be done at it's February 9 meeting. <br /> <br />"All that part of Dell wood Avenue described as follows: From a point 49.5 feet South of the <br />North line of the Southeast one quarter (Yt) of Section 10, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota; said North line also being the centerline of County Road B-2; thence <br />Southerly 600 feet more or less to the Northerly edge of the right-of-way for the North bound <br />lane of T.H. 36-1] 8 and there terminating" The City of Roseville will retain a utility easement <br />over the West 40 feet of the above description. <br /> <br />Please start the action to vacate this right-of-way. <br />
