This portion of Dellwood Avenue provides access to the Roseville Area High School property and the Grace Church property; however, both of these properties also have direct access to other public rights-of-way. RoseviUe Area High School has direct access to County Road B-2 and Grace Church has direct access to both County Road B-2 and Hamline Avenue. There are two single family homes on the west side of the street, which are owned by Grace Church and used for classrooms. ...c.ks 2.2 This segment ofthe Dellwood Avenue roadway is in very poor co~t:~ and in need of repair. From a functional standpoint, this roadway segment f~ as a ~ driveway to both the High School and the Church. There is also a guard shack located within the right-of-way, which was constructed and is operated by Rosevi~i..A~"'~~ Area Schools.. ~ --r--n 2.3 This segment of Del1wood Avenue is discussed in the feasibility report for .P-roject- -P-98-G2 This feasibility report outlines four options for this roadway segment: 1. Reconstruct to City Standards and do not vacate the right-of-way. ~ I.ttr.:i oJ}tieQ-,Fje roadway would be reconstructed to City standards and the costs assessed to Roseville Area Schools and Grace Church in accordance with the City's assessment policy.
