<br />" <br /> <br />'-" <br /> <br />'--" <br /> <br />"----' <br /> <br />." . <br /> <br />2) The City of Roseville, Grace Church and School District will enter into an agreement to <br />reconstruct a new access on the vacated right-of-way as a public improvement with the <br />costs to be assessed 75% to the School District and 25% to Grace Church. <br /> <br />The proposed easements and agreements will be drafted by the City of Roseville and brought <br />to the Church Board, School Board and City Council for approval in the near future. It is <br />recommended that Roseville proceed with the vacation of the Dellwood Street right-of-way <br />with a condition that the proposed easements and agreements are approved. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br />Resolution vacating the roadway right-of-way for Oellwood Street between County Road B-2 and <br />T.H. 36 with a condition that the vacation not be filed until the easements and agreement <br />proposed in this report are approved by all parties. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Karl P.
