<br />. . <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 13th day of December 1999, at <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />And the following were absent: <br /> <br />Council Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br />Resolution Approving City of Roseville Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Use for Two <br />Townhomes in the City of St. Anthony. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has been asked by Mendota Homes to allow the use of <br />its municipal sanitary sewer and watermain for the purpose of servicing to two townhomes located <br />in the City of St. Anthony; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS,. these two lots are generally located directly adjacent to Old Highway 8, <br />legally described as: <br /> <br />Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block I, Roseville Commons West, City of S1. Anthony, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of S1. Anthony has approved the provision of Roseville sanitary <br />sewer and water to the two lots; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the utilities will be located in a 30 foot wide private utility easement, <br />installed, owned, and maintained by Mendota Homes, the Townhome Association, and/or its <br />successors. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />of Roseville (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that the use of Roseville municipal sanitary <br />sewer and watennain for Lot I and Lot 2, Block 1, Roseville Commons West, in the City of S1. <br />Anthony, be approved, subject to: <br /> <br />A. Provision of a 30-foot wide utility easement on the southerly portion (running east west) <br />of the parcel. <br /> <br />B. Utilities being installed, owned, and maintained by Mendota Homes, the Townhome <br />Association and/or its successor(s). <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
