<br />. <br /> <br />3.3 After careful evaluation, the County has reduced the price of the land from <br />$6,000 to $3,000. The total price, which includes administrative fees, would be <br />$3,149.50. <br /> <br />3.4 Staff if proposing that the property be purchased with Housing Funds under the <br />Housing Replacement Program and combined with the property located at 2100 <br />William Street. Combined, the parcels will then be sold to a contractor to build a <br />new home under the specifications of the Housing Replacement Program. <br /> <br />4.0 Staff Recommendation <br /> <br />4.1 Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution to purchase the property at <br />the northeast corner of William and Burke Streets under the Housing Replacement <br />Program of the Housing Improvement Program.
