<br />0027) in the amount of$3, 149.40, with funds for the purchase and any fees
<br />associated with the purchase to come from the City Housing Fund, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9556, approving consolida-
<br />tion of parcels and granting variances to create one buildable parcel and
<br />establish a building envelope on property located at 2100 William Street North,
<br />at the request of the City of Roseville, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that the Right-of-way Management Ordinance
<br />be continued to the regular meeting of the City Council on Monday, July 13,
<br />1998. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Wi ski moved, Goedeke seconded, that multiple readings of an ordinance
<br />revising the allowed number of licensed massage therapy establishments and
<br />amending Chapter 309 of the City Code by amending Section 309.030 be
<br />waived due to the administrative nature of the ordinance and previous review
<br />by the Council at a work session and Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Ooedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and Maschka. Nays: None. Abstain: Wall, because
<br />he has a client who will be applying for a massage license.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Ordinance 1205, an ordinance revising
<br />the allowed number of licensed massage therapy establishments and amending
<br />Chapter 309 of the City Code by amending Section 309.030, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Ooedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and Maschka. Nays: None. Abstain:
<br />Wall, because he has a client who will be applying for a massage license.

<br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9557, authorizing the
<br />Police Chief to participate with representatives from other governmental
<br />jurisdictions in helping to plan and coordinate the development of a Multi-
<br />Jurisdictional Law Enforcement Training Center, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.
