First, providing a 10 foot setback to the north side yard <br />setback and adjusting the south front yard setback to 25 feet This would allow for the same size <br />building footprint but allow additional room between 2108 William Street and the proposed <br />development. Secondly, I would recommend that the city put in writing that the use of building <br />materials for the front and side yard (facing William Street) are to be of similar materials and color <br />consistency of the neighborhood homes: Brick, siding, stucco, and glazing. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Bradley A.
