Five satisfied customers <br />2. Three major suppliers, one being the construction lumber supplier <br />3. Two building inspectors <br /> <br />. Provide an inventory of homes currently under construction. <br /> <br />Buyer Requirements (if pertinent): <br /> <br />. Must identify a licensed homebuilder to enter into the contract for building the <br />replacement home. <br /> <br />. Must be pre-approved for permanent financing with a Roseville Bank. <br /> <br />Housing Design and Site Criteria: <br /> <br />. Home design must comply with all federal, state and local building codes. <br /> <br />. The home must be able to be built within six months from the time the Contract for <br />Private Development is executed. An extension may be granted only with prior approval <br />of the City. <br /> <br />. Plan must be prepared in consultation with an Architectural Designer or other design <br />professional. <br /> <br />. Home shall be single family owner occupied upon completion. <br /> <br />. A minimum of three bedrooms is required. A fourth bedroom or a den is preferred. <br /> <br />. Two full bathrooms are preferred. A home design with 1 V2 baths will be considered. <br /> <br />. A two-car garage with a paved, hard surface driveway is required. <br /> <br />. Exterior materials (siding, doors and windows) should be low maintenance.
