<br />Mr. Kemnitz noted the power pole is one foot on his property line. <br /> <br />There being no further comment, Chair Harms closed the hearing. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Rhody moved, Member Wilke seconded, to recommend <br />approval of a variance to allow a three foot setback (two foot variance) on north <br />side of yard to allow for construction of an 8' addition to existing garage and a <br />variance to reduce the setback of driveway to three feet at 1720 Chatsworth <br />Street, based on the staff findings. <br /> <br />Member Olson advised she would vote against the encroachment. <br /> <br />Roll call vote: <br />Ayes: 6, Harms, Cunningham, Klausing, Mulder, Rhody, Wilke <br />Nays: 1, Olson <br />Motion carried 6-1. <br /> <br />3 <br />
