On Monday, June 22, 1998, the City Council approved your request <br />with the following provision: <br /> <br />1 . The house service wires must be placed underground in conjunction with <br />construction of the garage addition. <br /> <br />An unsigned copy of the resolution granting the variance is attached for your information. <br />Please read the resolution thoroughly and make sure you understand all of the conditions. <br />An official copy of the resolution will be sent to you within the next week. It is your <br />responsibility to record the signed resolution with the Ramsey County Recorder prior to <br />the issuance of any building permit or within sixty days of approval, whichever is less <br />(Section 1013.01 G of the City Code).
