O'Connor <br />1972 No. Fairview Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Minor Variance Request - Driveway Side Yard Setback at 1972 Fairview Avenue <br />(PF3011) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. O'Connor: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to update you on the status of your request for a minor <br />variance at 1972 Fairview Avenue to reduce the side yard setback of a driveway to zero. <br />The City of Roseville's Minor Variance Committee met on Monday, May 18 , 1998, and <br />unanimously recommended approval of the request. The request will now be forwarded <br />to the City Council for final action on Tuesday, May 26, 1998. <br /> <br />The City Council meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at <br />Roseville's City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive.
