<br />The ~urpose of this letter is to update you on the status of your r uest for variances to
<br />allo~the construction of a second detached garage and to increa e the lot coverage to
<br />76.5 () of the required rear yard at the above-referenced property. On Monday, July 27,
<br />199 ,the City Council tabled action on this request until the Aug st 10. 1998, meeting.
<br />ThefCity Council also extended the deadline for agency review of t is request for 60 days,
<br />from August 7.1998, to October 6,1998. in accordance with Min esota Statutes 15.99.
<br />
<br />It is y understanding that the City Council discussed with you th option of reducing the
<br />size pf the proposed building to 864 square feet (24' x 36'). In or eT to provide the City
<br />COU~:il with accurate information, please let me know by Wednes ay, August 5,1998, if
<br />you rOUld like to modify your request or not.
