I estima~e that thes~ two areas represent nearly Twenty <br />Percent (20.0%) of our total property. The loss of this much land <br />and a bui Lding wi LL have a major effect on the operation and <br />profitabi Lity of our business. <br /> <br />Moving the parkway to the north edge property Line would at least <br />keep the amount of Land Lost to the project at an absolute minimum <br />and I believe that it wouLd not create any greater hardship for any <br />other property owners then what we ourselves would have endure from <br />this pr'oject. <br /> <br />I respectfulLy ask that the PLanning Commission review the mapping <br />and consider my re~uest and present this to the City Counci l for <br />consideration at its October 26, 1998 meeting. <br /> <br />;z;~y~~ <br /> <br />Roger D.
