I've received the rq>t)It preplRd by BRW dated September 30th, <br />1996, After revi~ the report. we've come to the folloVling conclusions. <br /> <br />1. Ryan is very supportive of leaving the primary exits from County RDad C to 3SW in thc:ir <br />cunent location. 9Ihile some modifications such as a ramp reconfiguration would be most <br />helpful in providing smoother traffic flow on and off 3SW Ind better access to the freeway, I <br />feel that a total ramp relocation is unnecessary. <br /> <br />2. With the access from County Road C to 3SW defined, we feel the Twin Lakes Parkway will <br />best serve the area if aligned directly with the access as shown OD the plan reccmmcndcd by <br />BRW. 'TbiJ will relieve traffic congestion from County Road C and provide excellent ac:cess <br />to the interior lites in the Twin Lakes redevelopment area. rve looked at all of the parcels <br />and feel that the proposed location aeate.s excellent opportunities for the corporate type users <br />that the City ofRoseville wi.U1cs to see 10cated iD the Twin Lake.s area. <br /> <br />3. R.yan feels that the enbancem=ts such as the bicycle trail walkways should be included in <br />the design. 'Ibese walkways should also have a connection to the Lmgton Lake Park area. <br />This is an ideal amenity for employees of 1hc Twin Lakes srea to \lie c!urina the lunch hoW' <br />and aD ideal spot for the residents of Roseville after workina hours.
