<br />i <br /> <br />E. Any accessory building not attached to a dwelling unit shall be set back a <br />minimum of six (6) feet from the dwelling unit. <br /> <br />F. All accessory storage buildings shall be maintained and kept so as not be <br />an eyesore or nuisance. Any such building which is not so maintained <br />shall be removed by the property owner or upon due notice, said building <br />may be removed by the city at the property owner's expense. <br /> <br />G. An accessory building shall not exceed fifteen (15) feet in height and <br />seven hundred fifty (750) square feet in area. <br /> <br />H. A portable or permanent accessory storage building shall not be located in <br />a public utility easement except when approved by the city and/or public <br />utility holding such an easement. <br /> <br />I. All accessory buildings shall be anchored to the ground in a manner <br />approved by the building official. <br /> <br />J.
