The foHowing setback reductions apply in the <br />R Disuict; <br /> <br />a) on a comer lot, the streetside side setback requirement shall be the lesser of 12 feet or the <br />established strectside side setback of the existing principal building on the same lot for <br />singrc family, two family and cluster home development structures.
