On any lot, there <br />shall not be more than one detached private garage and one other <br />detached accessory building. <br /> <br />7) All accessory buildings shall require a concrete foundation or <br />concrete slab. In lieu of concretefoundation or concrete slab <br />asspecifiedabove, accessory buildings of one hundred twenty (120) <br />square feet or less shall have adequate anchorage of the walls to <br />the ground as approved by the Building Official to provide <br />resistance to overturning, uplift or sliding. All accessory bulidings <br />over one hundred twenty (120) squre feet in area shall have a <br />foundation or concrete slab and a building permit shall be required <br />regardless of improvement value. <br /> <br />Similar accessory buildings, in apartment developments and <br />accessory buildings larger than one hundred twenty (120) square <br />feet may be allowed by Conditional Use Permit and a building <br />permit shall be required. <br /> <br />8) No accessory buidlng in a commercial or industrial district shall <br />exceed the height of the principal building except by Conditional <br />Use Permit. <br /> <br />9) No accessory buildings in apartment developments shaH exceed <br />the height of the principal building except by Conditional Use <br />Permit. <br /> <br />10) Accessory buildings in the commercial and industrial districts may <br />be located to the rear of the principal building, subject to the <br />building code,and fire regulations. <br /> <br />11) No detached garages or other accessory buildings in residential <br />districts shall be located nearer the front lot line than the principal <br />building onthat lot exept in planned unit developments or cluster <br />developments. <br /> <br />12) Accessory structures located on lake or river frontage lots or lots <br />with a rear alley or street may be located between the public right- <br />of-way and the principal structure provided that the physical <br />conditions of the lot require such a location. In no event shall the <br />structure be located closer thantwenty (20) feet to the public right- <br />of-way. <br />
