<br />~ <br /> <br />3.2 Staff recommends approval of the blanket variances based on the following findings: <br /> <br />1. The existing setback from the adjacent property line will not be reduced for <br />any of the properties listed. <br /> <br />2. The width of the driveway will not exceed 26 feet at the property line for any <br />of the properties listed. <br /> <br />3. The proposed blanket variances are in harmony with the general purpose <br />and intent of the City's Comprehensive Plan and Title 10 of the City Code <br />(Zoning). <br /> <br />4. The blanket variances, if granted, will not adversely affect the public health, <br />safety, or general welfare. <br /> <br />4.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />4.1 By motion, approve the following blanket minor variances based on the findings <br />outlined in section 3.2 of this report. <br /> <br />1. Eugene Heuer, 2480 Churchill Street, to reduce the driveway setback to one <br />foot along the south property line for the purpose of bringing an existing <br />driveway into compliance with Section 703.048, City Code. <br /> <br />2. John Huppertz, 2465 Churchill Street, to reduce the driveway setback to one <br />foot along the south property line for the purpose of bringing an existing <br />driveway into compliance with Section 703.04B, City Code. <br /> <br />Attachments: Property location map; blanket variance application/consent/site plans. <br /> <br />60-day Time Limit: Application accepted April 24 & May 5, 1998; Decision deadline is June 25, 1998. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Kim L.
