THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by (he City Council of the City of Roseville: <br /> <br />The City Council hereby sets forth me following fmdings as its reasons for denying the above <br />application: <br /> <br />1. The National Tire and Battery application for a conditional use pennit to constrUct <br />an auto service installation/accessory facility at 2561 Snelling Avenue North is <br />incompatible with the comprehensive plan, the James Addition Task Force plan <br />amendment recommendations and the requisite findings for a conditional use <br />pennit in a B-2 zoning district. <br /> <br />0" <br />
