<br />9. A cross parking easement with the Knight of Columbus for Knights of <br />Columbus overflow parking must be recorded prior to the issuance of any <br />building permit. <br /> <br />10. Any and all back assessments for this property must be paid prior to the <br />issuance of any building permit. <br /> <br />11.
