<br />&~-ZG:'1& <br /> <br />August 26, 1998 <br /> <br />John and Monell Jakel <br />3170 West Owasso Blvd. <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Request for Variances at 3170 West Owasso Boulevard <br /> <br />Dear Mr. And Mrs. Jakel: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the Roseville City Council, at their meeting of <br />Monday, August 24, 1998, approved your request, based on staff findings of August 24th, for <br />variances to reduce the front yard setback to 13 feet, to allow the placement of an accessory <br />building in the front yard area of a lakeshore parcel, and to increase the lot coverage to 38.4% of <br />the required rear yard for the purpose of constructing a 24' x 36' (864 square foot) replacement <br />garage at 3170 West Owasso Boulevard. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me, or the City Planner, Kim Lee (490- <br />2236).
