All of the adjacent property <br />owners consented to the minor variance as proposed. <br /> <br />2.0 BACKGROUND <br /> <br />2.1 John & Monell Jakel own a home at 3170 West Owasso Boulevard. The property <br />is zoned R-1 Single Family Residential District, and the Comprehensive Plan <br />identifies this property as Low Density Residential.
