The <br />variances are being requested in order to allow the continuance of driveways which <br />are set back less than five feet from the side property line. <br /> <br />2.3 It is the policy of the City of Roseville to issue blanket minor variances for driveway <br />side yard setbacks in conjunction with street improvements within the community, <br />provided the property is located in an R-1, Single Family Residential District, and <br />used for residential purposes. <br /> <br />PF 303713036/3039/3040/304113042/3045/3046 - RCA (06122/96) - Page 1 of 3 <br />
