the interaction in fulfilling seniors' spiritual, social and recreational needs, but because the Church
serves as a ready source of volunteers for the home. I should point out that I have no ties to
Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and I do not even know who the proposed developer is. Also, I
do not live in Roseville, but maintain an office here and have deep family roots in the community.

In conclusion, I ask the City Council to consider the equities of the situation: Should a
slightly obstructed view for a few homeowners who do not live within a quarter mile of the
proposed project or those who walk around Lake Bennett deprive sixty senior individuals or
couples the opportunity to live in a highly desirable location during their final years? I think not.
There are many three story homes, townhouses and other buildings around parks and golf courses
that are not considered a distraction.

Sincerely,

~~

Donald F.
