<br />the interaction in fulfilling seniors' spiritual, social and recreational needs, but because the Church <br />serves as a ready source of volunteers for the home. I should point out that I have no ties to <br />Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and I do not even know who the proposed developer is. Also, I <br />do not live in Roseville, but maintain an office here and have deep family roots in the community. <br /> <br />In conclusion, I ask the City Council to consider the equities of the situation: Should a <br />slightly obstructed view for a few homeowners who do not live within a quarter mile of the <br />proposed project or those who walk around Lake Bennett deprive sixty senior individuals or <br />couples the opportunity to live in a highly desirable location during their final years?
