The property occupied by the <br />church is zoned R-1, Single Family Residential, and the Comprehensive Plan identifies the <br />property as Church. The Huberty property (2555 Victoria Street North) is zoned R-1, <br />Single Family Residential, and the Comprehensive Plan identifies the property as Low <br />Density Residential. (Based on the size ofthe Huberty lot, it would be possible to divide <br />the Huberty site into 5-6 single family lots with a roadway along one edge.) Adjacent land <br />uses include Central Park to the south, east, and west. To the north is railroad right-of-way <br />and County Road C. Further east and south are single family residential areas, and further <br />north across County C are the Owasso Ballfields and single family residential area. <br /> <br />2.2 Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and Senior Housing Partners, LLC, are proposing to <br />construct a 56-unit three-story senior housing building with underground parking in the <br />northwest portion of the site.
