The property occupied by the <br />church is zoned R-1, Single Family Residential, and the Comprehensive Plan identifies the <br />property as Church. The Huberty property (2555 Victoria Street North) is zoned R-l, <br />Single Family Residential, and the Comprehensive Plan identifies the property as Low <br />Density Residential. (Based on the size of the Huberty lot, it would be possible to divide <br />the Huberty site into 5-6 single family lots with a roadway along one edge.) Adjacent land <br />uses include Central Park to the south, east, and west. To the north is railroad right-of-way <br />and County Road C.
