County Road B, Roseville

Dear Ms. Lee:

The above mentioned lot at 2207 W. County Road B was approved for a minor
subdivision at the Roseville City Council meeting on July 28, 1998. At that time, we
were given a deadline of September 28 for filing the paperwork to formalize the
subdivision. Our initial intent was to complete this process and sell the two lots
separately.

We began offering the house and front portion of the lot for sale two weeks ago.
Since that time, we have had several potential buyers who are only willing to consider the
lot as a whole. If any of these showings were to produce an acceptable offer, the
transaction would be less complicated if the lot remained as one undivided unit.

F or this reason, my family requests that the Roseville City Council grant a 60-day
extension of our filing deadline. This extension would allow us to carefully evaluate
incoming offers on the property before we formalize the subdivision and complete the
final paperwork.

Thank you for your assistance, and please feel free to have anyone in your office
call me with questions.

Sincerely,

~~

Carol M.
