<br />Following Closing and until the Certificate of Completion has been issued, the Purchaser <br />shall make reports to the Seller in such detail and a such times as may be reasonably be <br />requested by Seller, as to the actual progress of the Purchaser with respect to the <br />demolition of existing improvements and the construction of the Minimum <br />Improvements. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION. In the event that the Minimum Improvements are <br />constructed in compliance with this Contract and the Construction Plans, the Seller <br />shall, upon the Purchaser's request, promptly after c~mpletion of the Minimum <br />Improvements furnish the Purchaser with a Certificate of Completion. <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION PLAN APPROVAL CONTINGENCY. This Contract is expressly <br />contingent upon the Seller approving the Construction Plans on or before the date which <br />is thirty (30) days following the date on which the Seller signs this Contract.
