Croix, Roseville <br /> <br />Dear Cathy: <br /> <br />I have reviewed the Contract between the City and Preferred Builders. Under <br />the Contract for Deed, Preferred Builders is required to "substantially complete the <br />construction of the Minimum Improvements within 180 days after the commencement <br />of construction." If they fail to meet the deadline, the City would be within its contract <br />rights to notify Preferred Builders of the default and to retake possession after <br />September 23.
