<br />Page Two <br />Preferred Builders <br />April 13, 1999 <br /> <br />City staff would be willing to accept a building permit application and review the information <br />with Preferred Builders prior to execution of the Contract, but a building permit can not be <br />issue without legal ownership of the site. The provisions for review and approval of the <br />building plan are already addressed as part of the Contract for Deed which you reviewed and <br />agreed to in December of 1998. Please refer to Section 18.(b) of the Contract for the procedure <br />regarding review and approval of construction plans. <br /> <br />The City of Roseville has done the preliminary review with you and Darryl regarding the house <br />plans for the lot and are supportive of your designs. Our only objection is to make sure that the <br />design would fit within the existing setbacks. Our suggestion was to reduce the size of the <br />garage area to accommodate the lot. <br /> <br />We will anxiously await your response and the date for a closing on the Contract prior to May <br />1,1999.
