<br />cv <br />{5-~~- q ~ <br /> <br />August 26, 1998 <br /> <br />Mr. Roger Krause <br />1306 Ryan Street <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Request for Variance: Increase Lot Coverage to 37.6% and Reduce Setback <br />[PF 3057] <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Krause: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the Roseville City Council, at their meeting of <br />Monday, August 24, 1998, approved your variance application, based on staff findings of August <br />24th, to increase the lot coverage to 37.5% of the required rear for the purpose of constructing a <br />26' x 26' replacement garage at 1306 Ryan Avenue West, and a variance to reduce the setback <br />of a driveway to three feet for the purpose of bringing an existing driveway into compliance and <br />allowing the extension of the driveway to access the new garage. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me, or the City Planner, Kim Lee (490- <br />2236).
